DEPOSIT OPTIONS
An initial deposit of 50% of the total apartment price (excluding cleaning and taxes) is payable at time of booking. This if for the security of both our Guests and Ourselves. We accept 2 main methods of deposit payment.

IBAN
IBAN is a widely accepted and secure method of transferring money internationally between bank accounts. Within mainland Europe the process is simple and can even be done online within normal banking procedures. Outside of mainland Europe, including the UK, the transfer must be iniated by the bank of the account holder transferring the money. The bank will usually charge a nominal fee for the privelage - commonly the equivelant of €20,00.
To initiate an IBAN transfer you would need our account and bank information. To avoid any confusion in the reservation process, these are sent by email upon acceptance of an accommodation offer. IBAN transfers usually take 3 working days to be fully processed.

PayPal is an international and well know method of online payment allowing the account holder to pay by either a PayPal reserve, registered Bank or Credit Card. To set up a PayPal account is a very simple process requiring 2-3 days to complete the verification process. For more information visit:- www.paypal.com
In comparison to IBAN, PayPal payments incur only a charge of only 4% of the amount being transferred.
To make a payment by PayPal we would require confirmation of the email address to which the PayPal account is registered to. The request for payment will then be sent directly to you email account from Haus Bellevue. Payment instructions are contained within the PayPal request. Payment is practically instant and notification of payment is sent immediately to our email, providing a very efficient payment procedure.

The deposit is non-refundable. Please view our Cancellation Termsfor more information.
Upon receipt of a Deposit a full confirmation including important Arrival Information and Balance Invoice will be sent immediately to you by email. The final balance including the cleaning and taxes would then be payable in Euro cash upon arrival. Follow the link for more information on our Reservation Procedure.
Please note, there are occassions when alternative booking arrangements may be made, for example in the case of a last minute booking we reserve the right to accept a reservation without deposit, we also reserve the right to accept deposit payments in GBP to a UK based account. Such circumstances are individual and will be explained directly within our initial offer.
