TERMS, CONDITIONS and CANCELLATIONS
To secure a Reservation an initial Deposit of 50% of the total apartment price (excluding cleaning and taxes) is payable at time of booking. Please follow the links for more information.
The deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or change a reservation please advise us as soon as possible. In many cases reservations can be re-arranged to accommodate changes in circumstance.
In the event of a full cancellation the following charges apply:
- A Cancellation made up to 8 weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total apartment cost (deposit only).
- A Cancellation made between 4 and 8 weeks before the arrival date - 75% of the total apartment cost.
- A Cancellation made less than 4 weeks before the arrival date - 100% of the total apartment cost.
Outstanding balance payments can be made by either IBAN or PayPal.

For security in the event of a cancellation we recommend that Guests take out Travel Insurance before making their journey. Europäsiche Reisevesicherung have an excellent tariff with Cancellation-Cover-Only options from 5% of the total amount.
