PRICES

Our tarrif is listed per Apartment per Night and based around 7 nights per week from Saturday to Friday inclusive.  Prices include linen, towels and heating.

Arrival and Departure days are flexible and there is the possibility of booking for shorter periods subject to availability.  Please enquire directly or submit your requests using our Online Enquiry Form.

Cots and High Chair are available on request - if you require either of these, please make this clear when booking.

Tourist Tax is chargeable at a rate of 1.10 Euros per person per night (only for guests aged 15 years and over).  In addition there is a one off End Cleaning charge as detailed below.

An initial deposit is required to secure a resrvation

FURTHER SERVICES

Due to shop opening times in Asutria and depending upon your arrival time and day, we understand that stocking up on basic self-catering groceries can be awkward.  We therefore offer guests the option of a basic welcome pack including cereal, milk, bread, ham. butter, fruit juice and eggs.  For this we charge 25 Euros.

If you would like anything extra - perhaps a bottle of wine or a few bottles of beer - then we are happy to supplement the hamper at cost.

This option does not have to be agreed upon at time of booking, however if you decide you would like a welcome pack please let us know at least 2 weeks before your arrival date.

TERMS, CONDITIONS and CANCELLATIONS

An initial deposit of 50% of the total apartment price is payable at time of booking.  The deposit is non-refundable.

We prefer to receive deposits via IBAN International Bank Transfer, however by prior agreement we also accept Paypal payments in Euro currency.

In the event of cancellation the following charges apply:

• Cancelltion up to 8 weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total apartment cost (deposit only).
• Cancellation 4 - 8 weeks before the arrival date - 75% of the total apartment cost.
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the arrival date - 100% of the total apartment cost.
