Apartment Speiereck is a beautifully fitted first floor accommodation with private southerly balcony offering wonderful mountain views.

The spacious apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped with real home comforts.

The accommodation is fitted throughout with a lovely combination of wood and tiled flooring, with the exception of the stairs and hallway which are covered in a heavy carpet.  Heating is provided by attractive and very effective marble radiators installed in each room and controlled by an adjustable thermostat.

It is often difficult to get an accurate impression of an accommodation through photographs alone.  We have therefore provided pictures from different perspectives where necessary and detailed floor plans to help give an overall image of the size and layout of the Apartment.

Living Area

The Living Area of the Speiereck Apartment is very spacious and fitted with a comfortable L-shaped sofa surrounding an attractive marble coffee table.  A additional nest of heavy wood coffee tables are supplied for convenience and a large reading chair and footstool complete the seating arrangements.  The room is wonderfully bright with south facing windows and access door to the balcony from which spectacular mountain views can be enjoyed.  The living area is equipped with Austrian cable TV, a DVD Player, Radio/CD player.  There is also free Wifi Connection available.

Balcony

The private Balcony is a very attractive feature of this apartment.  With a sunny, southerly aspect it provides the perfect place for relaxing in the tranquil surroundings giving a fabulous perspective of the mountainous landscape.  

The Balcony can be accessed from both the Living Area and the Master Bedroom and is equipped with reclining Sun-chairs and tables.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The dining area is of a traditional corner design with heavy pine furniture.   Larger groups can dine in comfort with an additional dining table as depicted in the photographs.  The Kitchen is very well equipped and deceptively spacious.  The Kitchen and Dining area are separate from the living room and have views over the rear garden.  A Skylight is another attractive feature of this room providing fabulous tree top views of the valley beyond the grounds of Haus Bellevue.

Master Bedroom and North Bedroom

The spacious Master Bedroom is a good sized family room equipped with lovely heavy pine furniture.  The Double Bed is oversized and fitted with 2 mattresses suitable for a couple or two people sharing and with bedside drawers/table and sidelights.  A solid set of Bunk Beds provides 2 more sleeping places with firm mattresses suitable for adults.  The triple wardrobe has plenty of hanging room with lots of deep shelving.  Additional pine drawer sets ensure that guests have plenty of storage space.

The North Bedroom is also of a good size and similarly fitted with oversized double bed (equipped with two mattresses), two heavy single beds, side tables and bed-side lights, two additional sets of pine drawers and a large double wardrobe.

Both bedrooms have their own entrance and a connecting door which can be locked upon request.

Bathroom and WC

The Speiereck Apartment is equipped with two beautiful and well-appointed bathrooms, newly refurbished in October 2011.  The largest shown above is furnished with a corner shower, WC and wash basin with large brightly lit mirror.

The second is a smaller shower room also fitted with a corner shower.  

Both bathrooms have been designed with Guests' comfort in mind and provide plenty of places to hang towels and place toiletries.

An additional WC is conveniently located in the entrance area to the apartment.

Garden and Patio

The grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the shared enjoyment of all guests.  The large Garden and Patio Area have a sunny, southerly aspect with wonderful mountain views and idyllic surroundings.  The Patio and Terrace is equipped year-round with Tables, Chairs and Garden Benches including seat cushions and a Parasol, a Beer Table is readily available for larger groups and Sun Loungers for those with more relaxing intentions.

For the Children - big and small - there is a purpose built play area and tree house with fun slide.  A selection of Garden Games are also kept on hand.

Guests of Haus Bellevue can also enjoy:

A Wifi Connection functions throughout the entire House and grounds and is free for all guests to use.

We take no responsibility for conflicts of software or non-compatible computers.

	There are 3 baby cots available by prior-arrangement.  One cot is of a solid pine design and two are travel-type cots. A High Chair can also be provided. The use of Cot and/or High Chair is entirely free of charge, however subject to availability.  Please state your requirements when booking.

Haus Bellevue is Biker Friendly! By prior arrangement Motorcycles and valuable equipment such as Mountain Bikes may be stored in our secure Garage.

Each Apartment has it's own entrance area fitted with shoe and coat racks and purpose built seating for the ease of removing and storing outside clothing and footwear including Ski and Snowboard Boots.  We are very proud of our Apartments and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that all guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building.  

Smoking is not permitted within Haus Bellevue.  With consideration to other guests, smoking is permitted outdoors and ashtrays can be supplied for this purpose.

We are very animal friendly, but regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments.  If you are looking for a holiday with your four legged friend please ask and we will be happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
