Apartment Grosseck is a lovely ground floor accommodation with private entrance and a patio area which is perfectly positioned for catching the morning sunshine.

The spacious apartment has an open studio-type layout, is tastefully furnished, beautifully decorated and equipped with the comforts of home.

The accommodation is fitted throughout with an attractive combination of wood and tiled flooring, with the exception of the bedroom which is carpeted. Under floor heating stretches throughout the entire apartment and is thermostatically controlled to provide year-round heating.  This is supplemented by an owner-managed Kachelofen (Masonry heater) which provides radiator-like warmth, keeping the living area very cozy during the winter months.

Living Area

The Living Area of the Grosseck Apartment is very spacious with lovely corner sofa directly next to the warming walls of the Kachelofen.  The sofa circles an sizeable coffee table and to the front of the room there are large windows looking out over the patio area and to the valley beyond.  The living area is equipped with Austrian cable TV, a DVD Player, Radio/CD player.  There is also free Wifi Connection available.

Kitchen

The fitted Kitchen is separated from the living area by a recessed wall and is very well equipped for self-catering.

Dining Area

Positioned opposite the Kitchen area and to the other side of the Kachelofen walls, the Dining area of this apartment is traditionally Austrian in design with fixed corner seating and additional dining chairs and table all constructed and carved out of heavy Pine.  The seating upholstery matches that of the living area beautifully blending with the apartment as a whole.

Double Bedroom and Additional Sleeping Arrangements

The double bedroom is nicely fitted with solid pine furniture.  The oversized bed is equipped with 2 mattresses suitable for a couple or 2 people sharing.  The wardrobes are large with lots of hanging room, deep shelves and drawers.  There is also an additional coat rack.

Apartment Grosseck will comfortably sleep up to 5 people with flexible sleeping arrangements to suit Guests' needs.  In addition to the double bedroom, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area will cater for 2 people.

A quality single guest bed (s) can also be placed in the living area, with the option of folding and storing the bed during the daytime.

A curtain can be drawn across the entrance to the living area, in effect creating 2 private sleeping areas.  Please have a look at the Floor plans detailed below for layout options.

Bathroom and WC

The tiled bathroom is of a good size with corner shower, wash basin and a glass shelving unit for the convenient placement of toiletries.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Garden and Patio

The grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the shared enjoyment of all guests.  The large Garden and Patio Area have a sunny, southerly aspect with wonderful mountain views and idyllic surroundings.  The Patio and Terrace is equipped year-round with Tables, Chairs and Garden Benches including seat cushions and a Parasol, a Beer Table is readily available for larger groups and Sun Loungers for those with more relaxing intentions.

For the Children - big and small - there is a purpose built play area and tree house with fun slide.  A selection of Garden Games are also kept on hand.

Guests of Haus Bellevue can also enjoy:

A Wifi Connection functions throughout the entire House and grounds and is free for all guests to use.

We take no responsibility for conflicts of software or non-compatible computers.

	There are 3 baby cots available by prior-arrangement.  One cot is of a solid pine design and two are travel-type cots. A High Chair can also be provided. The use of Cot and/or High Chair is entirely free of charge, however subject to availability.  Please state your requirements when booking.

Haus Bellevue is Biker Friendly! By prior arrangement Motorcycles and valuable equipment such as Mountain Bikes may be stored in our secure Garage.

Each Apartment has it's own entrance area fitted with shoe and coat racks and purpose built seating for the ease of removing and storing outside clothing and footwear including Ski and Snowboard Boots.  We are very proud of our Apartments and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that all guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building.  

Smoking is not permitted within Haus Bellevue.  With consideration to other guests, smoking is permitted outdoors and ashtrays can be supplied for this purpose.

We are very animal friendly, but regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments.  If you are looking for a holiday with your four legged friend please ask and we will be happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
