A lovely family apartment set in a sunny, southerly position on the ground floor of Haus Bellevue.

The cosy apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped like a home providing everything needed to enjoy a comfortable vacation.

Guests of Apartment Aineck can enjoy their own large furnished patio area with panoramic views of the mountains.

Heating is provided throughout by very effective thermostatically controlled radiators. The temperature of each radiator unit and therefore of each room can be adjusted manually to suit the requirements of every guest.

It is often difficult to get an accurate impression of an accommodation through single photographs. We have therefore provided pictures from different perspectives where appropriate, and detailed floor plans to help give an overall image of the size and layout of the the Apartment. 


Living Area

The living area is very warm and cosy, furnished with a large 2-3 person sofa, 2 matching single seat chairs, a large foot stool, a nest of side-tables and solid pine bookshelf and TV cupboard arranged around a central coffee table. Large, south-facing windows look out over the private patio with the mountains as a back-drop.

 The room is equipped with a Flat Screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD player, also board games, playing cards and books. Wifi connection is free and available throughout the property.

The living area and kitchen are separated by 2 return walls, The pictures here are a view of the kitchen and dining area taken from the living room to give an impression of the size and layout of the 2 separate areas.


Patio and Outdoor Living Area

Each apartment is equipped with it's own outdoor living area. The largest central patio complete with table, chairs, cushions and a parasol is provided for the enjoyment of Aineck apartment guests and can be found directly in front of the accommodation. An additional bench is seated under the protection of the balcony.  The position is idyllic; peaceful and sunny, affording wonderful panoramic mountain views


Kitchen and Dining Area

The Kitchen is very well-equipped to meet self-catering needs and furnished with modern built-in units. The dining area is sizeable with large, fixed wooden table and bench style seating. The dining table can be used as a work bench offering plenty of space to any cook. Large south-facing windows look out over the patio area with the mountains in further view.

Family Bedroom and Sleeping

The family bedroom has 4 sleeping places and is very nicely fitted with solid pine furniture. A 200cm wide double bed equipped with 2 mattresses provides suitable sleeping space for a couple or for 2 people sharing. The wardrobes are of a good size with lots of hanging room, deep shelves and drawers. The sturdy Bunk Beds are fitted with deep, firm mattresses and for use by adults as well as children.

In addition to the family bedroom and as an alternative to the bunk beds, the double sofa seat in the living area can be extended to form a very comfortable full-sized double sofa bed. The bed ist 180cm wide, 200cm long and fitted with 2 sofa-style firm mattresses.

A curtain can be drawn across the entrance to the living area, effectively creating a second private sleeping area - ideal for 2 couples wanting to share an apartment but have their own bedroom.

Please note that although there are 6 sleeping places, the maximum occupancy is 5 People


Bathroom and WC

The fitted bathroom is equipped with towel rails, a hair dryer and lots of convenient shelving and cupboard space for toiletries. The bath is of a good size with shower fixed over the tub and a separate wash basin.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

  • Additional Facilities

    The Apartment units are self-contained with own facilities and entrance area including shoe racks, entrance bench, coat rack and a boot rack. Thoughtfully equipped, the accommodation features many home comforts to support an easy self-catering vacation.

    In addition all apartments are equipped with basic supplies to ensure an easy start to the vacation. These include toilet rolls, kitchen roll and a handfull of dishwasher tablets. Once these first supplies have been used, it is up to guests to buy more for themselves.

    Further facilities and features include:

    Free Wifi
    Every guest has access to the free Haus Bellevue Wifi network.
    Guest Car Park
    A private uncovered car park provides 6 parking spaces to the guests of Haus Bellevue, allowing for 2 cars per Apartment.
    Cycle Racks and Storage
    A small cycle rack stands under the cover of the roof before each apartment entrance. Should you require more secure storage, your hosts are happy to offer overnight storage in their lockable garage by prior arrangement.
    Lockable Ski Equipment Room
    Guests of each apartment have access to (and a key for) a communal ski equipment storage room. The room is insulated and fitted with wall to wall ski racks. Ski boots can be stored in the individual apartment entrances equipped with purpose built boot racks.
    For our smallest guests
    There are 3 quality travel-type baby cots available plus 2 high chairs. We are happy to provide use of these free of charge, subject to availability. Please state your requirements when booking.
    Biker Friendly Accommodation
    We are very happy to welcome Motorcyclists and indeed, the Lungau and Austria provide the perfect landscape for motorcycle touring. We understand that our guests may want to house their Motorbikes in a more secure and sheltered location that offered by our car park and we are happy to offer put our lockable garage at your disposal. Use of this service is free but must be booked in advance of arrival.
    BBQ
    A kettle-style barbeque is available to anyone who wants to use it! There is only 1 grill so please book the day before to ensure you are not dissappointed. Use is completely free so long as the grill is returned in the condition that you receive it in. Coals not included!
    Washing and Drying Service
    A washing and/or drying service is available to all guests. The cost is €5 per load of washing or drying. The service time to be arranged between guest and host. Clothes-horse and pegs provided in each apartment for the purpose of outdoor drying.

    We are very proud of our Apartments and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building. Each Apartments' entrance area is fitted with shoe and coat racks, a purpose builte bench and boot rack for ski/snowboard boots and hiking footwear.

    Smoking is not permitted within the apartments. With consideration to other guests, smoking outside of the property is OK providing cigarette buts are not deposited on the ground or in our plants! We can happily provide an ash try.

    We love animals! But regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments. If you are looking for pet-friendly accommodation we are happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.


  • Garden and Grounds

    Guests of each apartment can enjoy their own outdoor living area with either a private patio or balcony, equipped with tables and chairs suitable for outdoor dining. The outdoor living areas all boast a southerly, sunny aspect with panoramic mountain backdrop.

    The general grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the the shared enjoyment of all guests. The large garden is well tended and surrounds the house entirely. At your disposal you can find sun-loungers and reclining chairs, the appropriate seat cushions, an assortment of garden toys and a purpose built play area with swing and climbing frame for your children's pleasure. Guests can request use of a BBQ free of charge. A Biertisch and benches can be made available to cater for larger groups dining together.
