Apartment Aineck is a lovely accommodation found on the ground floor of Haus Bellevue with private entrance directly from the front terrace.

The cozy apartment is beautifully furnished, decorated to a high standard and equipped with the comforts of a home to ensure an easy holiday.

The accommodation is fitted throughout with an attractive combination of wood and tiled flooring.  Under floor heating stretches throughout the entire apartment and is thermostatically controlled to provide year-round heating.  Additional fan heaters have been placed in the bathroom and toilet to help keep any extra chills away in the winter months. The heating is supplemented by an owner-managed Kachelofen (Masonry heater) which provides radiating warmth in the living area.

It is often difficult to get an accurate impression of an accommodation through photographs alone.  We have therefore provided pictures from different perspectives where necessary and detailed floor plans to help give an overall image of the size and layout of the Apartment.

Living Area

The Living Area of the Aineck Apartment is very cozy with lovely corner sofa and additional comfy arm chair.  As shown in the photographs, the owner managed Kachelofen features strongly in this apartment and provides welcoming warmth in the colder months.  The large windows on the front wall look out over the garden and patio area with views of the mountains beyond. The living area is equipped with Austrian cable TV, a DVD Player, Radio/CD player.  There is also free Wifi Connection available.

The living area and kitchen are separated by 2 return walls,  The pictures here are a view of the kitchen and dining area taken from the living room to give an impression of the size and layout of the 2 separate areas.

Kitchen and Dining Area

The modern Kitchen is compact with generous storage space and is very well equipped for self catering.  The dining table located will comfortably seat a family of 5 and as in the living room, this area has wonderful large windows overlooking the garden and valley. Facilities and equipment include:

  • Electric Oven with 4 ring hob and extractor fan
  • Cups, Saucers, Plates, Dishes (including serving dishes), Egg Cups

  • Tea Pot
  • Sugar, Salt and Pepper pots (we don't supply the contents)
  • Cooking Utensils, Cutlery and Bottle Openers

  • Bread Basket
  • Storage Bowls and Microwave Bowls
  • Bin Bags and Cleaning Products
  • Tea Towels and Washing up Sponges.

Family Bedroom and Additional Sleeping Arrangements

The lovely family bedroom has 4 sleeping places and is very nicely fitted with solid pine furniture.

An oversized double bed is equipped with 2 mattresses suitable for a couple or 2 people sharing.

The wardrobes are of a good size with lots of hanging room, deep shelves and drawers.

The sturdy Bunk Beds are not just for kids but with firm mattresses also suitable for adults.

In addition to the family bedroom, a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area will cater for 2 people. The sofa bed can be used as an extra sleeping place or as an alternative to the bunk beds - ideal for 2 couples sharing the apartment and each wanting double beds.

The living area can be separated from the rest of the apartment by drawing a heavy curtain across the entrance creating a private sleeping area.  For more details please refer to the floorplan.

Please note that although there are in total 6 sleeping places the maximum occupancy is 5 People.

Bathroom and WC

The tiled and fitted bathroom is equipped with lots of convenient shelving and cupboard space for toiletries.  The bath is of a good size with shower fixed over the tub and a separate wash basin.  Although equipped with effective floor heating, an additional fan heater has been supplied for supplemental warmth on chilly days.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom and is also equipped with an additional heater.

Garden and Patio

The grounds of Haus Bellevue are for the shared enjoyment of all guests.  The large Garden and Patio Area have a sunny, southerly aspect with wonderful mountain views and idyllic surroundings.  The Patio and Terrace is equipped year-round with Tables, Chairs and Garden Benches including seat cushions and a Parasol, a Beer Table is readily available for larger groups and Sun Loungers for those with more relaxing intentions.

For the Children - big and small - there is a purpose built play area and tree house with fun slide.  A selection of Garden Games are also kept on hand.

Additional Facilities and further Information

Guests of Haus Bellevue can also enjoy:

  • a private Guest Car Park
  • a lockable Ski and Snowboard Equipment Storage Room
  • use of Cycle Racks
  • Ski and Snowboard On-Site Hire and Service.

A Wifi Connection functions throughout the entire House and grounds and is free for all guests to use.

We take no responsibility for conflicts of software or non-compatible computers.

 

There are 3 baby cots available by prior-arrangement.  One cot is of a solid pine design and two are travel-type cots.

A High Chair can also be provided.

The use of Cot and/or High Chair is entirely free of charge, however subject to availability.  Please state your requirements when booking.

Haus Bellevue is Biker Friendly!

By prior arrangement Motorcycles and valuable equipment such as Mountain Bikes may be stored in our secure Garage.

Each Apartment has it's own entrance area fitted with shoe and coat racks and purpose built seating for the ease of removing and storing outside clothing and footwear including Ski and Snowboard Boots.  We are very proud of our Apartments and to help maintain a high standard of accommodation we ask that all guests refrain from wearing outside footwear inside the building.  

Smoking is not permitted within Haus Bellevue.  With consideration to other guests, smoking is permitted outdoors and ashtrays can be supplied for this purpose.

We are very animal friendly, but regret that we cannot accept pets in the apartments.  If you are looking for a holiday with your four legged friend please ask and we will be happy to recommend a neighbouring accommodation.
